Born on April 20, 1941. Deputy of the State Duma of the first and second convocations; chair of the Committee for Women, Family, and Youth Issues. Graduated from the philosophy department of Rostov University and the Higher Communist Party School. Since 1983 to 1991 - the first secretary of the district committee of the CPSU (Volgograd). In 1991 - secretary of the Volgograd Oblast Committee of the CPSU, then - chair of the "Lenin and Fatherland" Society.

2. Astrakhankina, Tatiana Alexandrovna - Tver electoral district #173. Member of the Central Committee of the CPRF.

Born on December 20, 1960. Deputy of the State Duma of the first and second convocations, member of the Committee for Information Policy and Communications. Graduated from the department of journalism of Moscow State University. Worked as editor of broadcasting, then as reporter and head of agricultural department of the "Rzhevskaya Pravda" newspaper.

3. Vorontsova, Zoya lvanovna - Bijsky electoral district #35.

Born on April 2, 1947. Deputy of the State Duma of the second convocation, member of the Committee for Conversion and High Technology. Graduated from Gorno-Altaisky Pedagogical University. 4. Gamz.atova, Khapisat Magometovna - Chair of the Dagestan subdivision of NPSR.

Born on October 13, 1941. Assistant to the President of the Stock-Holding Company "Dagestan Company of Communications and Information Science". Graduated from the department of nutrition of Dagestan University. Worked as the head of the laboratory at the Khasavurt Canning Factory, then in the Communist party and Soviet organizations. In 1984-1992 - deputy Prime Minister of Dagestan. In 1992-1996 - Minister of Information and Publications of Dagestan.

5. Goryacheva, Svetlana Petrovna - Ussurijsky electoral district #51. Member of the Central Committee of the CPRF.

Born on June 3, 1947. Deputy of the State Duma of the first and second convocations, deputy chair of the State Duma of the second convocation. People's deputy of the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic. Graduated from Dalnevostochny State University (department of law). Worked at prosecutor's offices in the Primorsky Region and Vladivostok.

6. Drapeko, Elena Grigorievna - Member of the Presidium of the Coordination Council ofNPSR.

Born on October 29, 1948. Professor of Saint Petersburg Arts University of Trade Unions. Graduated from Leningrad University of Theater, Music, and Cinema. Actress at the "Lenfilm" Studio. In 1992-1993 - Chair of the Committee for Tourism and Culture at the Mayor's office in Saint Petersburg. Honored actress of Russia. In 1993-1994 - vice-president of the Guild of Movie Actors of Russia, member of the Board of the Union of Cinema Makers of Russia, and member of the Central Committee of the trade union for culture professionals.

7. Korneeva, Nadethda Anatolievna - Ryazansky electoral district #149. First secretary of the Ryazan City Committee of the CPSU.

Born on September 19, 1958. Chair of the Ryazan City Council. Graduated from the history department of Ryazan Pedagogical University and the Academy of Civil Service. Since 1991 worked as a teacher of history, deputy director of the school, and assistant to Deputy of the State Duma. Since 1994 - first secretary of the city committee of the CPRF. In 1996 elected deputy of the city committee.

8. Ostanina, Nina Alexandrovna - Prokopievsky electoral district #91. Secretary of the Kemerovo Oblast Committee of the CPRF.

Born on December 26, 1955. Deputy of the State Duma of the second convocation, deputy chair of the Committee on Women, Family, and Youth Issues. Graduated from the history department of Altai University. Worked as assistant at the department of social sciences at Altai Medical University and the head of the information department of the "Forward" Bank. Worked as assistant to Aman Tuleev.

9. Pletneva, Tamara Vasilievna - Tambovsky electoral district #171.

Born on November 22, 1947. Deputy of the State Duma of the first and second convocations, member of the Committee for Education and Science. Graduated from Tambov Pedagogical University. Before elected deputy, worked as director of the lnzhavinsky Secondary School and College in the Tambov Oblast.

10. Savitskaya, Svetlana Evgenievna - Pushkinsky electoral district # l13.

Born on August 8, 1948. Deputy of the State Duma of the first and second convocations, member of the Committee for Defense. People's deputy of the USSR and the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic. Graduated from the Central Pilot Technical School at the Central Committee of the DOSAAF (Voluntary Society to Support the Army, Aviation, and Fleet) of the USSR, the School for Test Pilots, and Moscow Aviation University.

Worked as test pilot. Since 1980, member of the group of cosmonauts. Made spaceflights in 1982 and 1984. Then worked as deputy head of the "Energia" Scientific and Industrial Group, and first deputy chair of the Soviet Peace Fund. Holds two titles of a Hero of the Soviet Union.

11. Shvets, Lubov Nikitichna - lskitimsky electoral district #127.

Born on April 17, 1943. Deputy of the State Duma of the second convocation, member of the Committee for Women, Family and Youth Issues. Holds a master's degree in economics. Graduated from Lvov Trade and Economics University. Worked as the head of a department at Novosibirk University of People's Economy, and junior assistant at Leningrad University for Finance and Economics. In 1993- 1994- senior economist of the "Anri" Stock-Holding Company, then consultant and head of the department of economic and social policy at the Novosibirsk Oblast Council.

Born on March 30, 1965. Television journalist at the "Public Russian Television" Stock-Holding Company. Graduated from the philology department of Kalmyikia State University. Worked as teacher of the English language, librarian, TV journalist, and editor of television programs of the Kalmyikia Television.

2. Gvozdeva, Svetlana Nikolayevna - Artemovsky electoral district #161.

Born on May 24, 1950. Deputy of the State Duma of the second convocation, deputy Chair of the Committee for economic policy, member of the NDR. Hold a Ph.D. in Economics. Worked at "Uralmash Zavody", "Zhilstroi" stock-holding company, and "Delo" limited liability partnership. Since 1994, member of the Committee on economic policy, budget, finances and taxes at the Sverdlovsk Oblast Duma.

3. Ermakova, Elvira Leonidovna

Born on April 24, 1949. Director of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation for the Belgorod Oblast. Since 1983, assistant to the Prosecutor of the Belgorod Oblast, chairperson of the people's court, secretary of the city committee of the CPSU. Since 1991, head of the Pension Fund department. Formerly a member of "Kurskeconombank" and "Beleconombank".

4. Romantchuk, Antonina Ivanovna

Born on June 19, 1948. Deputy head, then the head of the Healthcare department at the administration of the Primorsky Region. Formerly the chair of the regional committee for pharmaceutical activity.

5. Sliska, Lubov Konstantinovna

Born on October 15, 1953. Permanent representative of the governor and the government of the Saratov Oblast in the Oblast Duma and local autonomous bodies of the Saratov Oblast. Graduated from the legal department of Saratov University. Worked at the personnel department of the head office of a construction company, deputy manager of the personnel department of Rospechat, chair of the Oblast committee of the trade union of mechanical engineering industry. Since 1996, member of the government of the Saratov Oblast, deputy governor for relations with the mass media, public and religious organizations.

6. Streltchenko, Galina lvanovna - Zavodskoi electoral district #125.

Born on August 3, 1945. Head of the regional headquarters of the stock holding company "Aviacompania Sibir". Graduated from Secondary Trade School. Worked as expert on merchandise at the Novosibirsk leather and footwear factory, at a household goods store and other trading organizations, as well as deputy director of the "Vestfalika" Company, and director of the "Cetntrosoyuz-2" design institute.

7. Yakovleva, Tatiana Vladimirovna - lvanovsky electoral district #78.

Born on July 7, 1960. For 13 years worked as head physician in a hospital on the town of NerIi, since 1988 - head physician of the Teikovskaya central district hospital (the Ivanovo Oblast).

Then deputy general director of the "Pharmacia" stock holding company. In 1992 established the Siberia Foreign Economy Association. Since 1996 exercised supervision over issues of medicine in the Novosibirsk Oblast Administration. Since 1998 - first vice governor (responsible for social work).

2. Gainullina, Farida Ismagilovna

Born on March 28, 1947. Chair of the Federation of Trade Unions of Tatarstan, member of the General Council of FNPR. Graduated from Kazan University for Chemistry and Technology. Holds a Ph.D. in politics, acting member of the Academy for Humanities.

3. Kondakova, Elena Vladimirovna - Member of the supreme council of the Russian United Industrial Party.

Born on March 30, 1957. Instructor - cosmonaut - test pilot at the Rocket and Space Corporation "Energia". In 1989, member of the group of cosmonauts. In 1994 - 1995 made a space flight. Holds the title of a Hero of Russia.

4. Lakhova, Ekaterina Filippovna - Chair of the Russian national socio-political movement of Russian women.

Born on May 26, 1948. Deputy of the State Duma of the first and second convocations, member of the Steering Committee for Organizing the State Duma's Work. People's deputy of the RSFSR. Graduated from Sverdlovsk Medical University. Worked as district physician, and head of a department of children's outpatient clinic. Since 1994, Chair of the Committee on Women, Family and Demography Issues at the President's Office of the Russian Federation. Holds a Ph.D. in politics.

1. Banhanova, Margarita Valerievna - Leader of the Khabarovsk department of the URF.

Born on February 15, 1963. Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the "Khabarovsky Meat Processing Factory" stock holding company. Graduated from Ulianovsk Technology University. Worked as engineer of the district department of domestic services. In 1989 established a cooperative that started by selling brooms and grew to sell lumber. By 1995, owner of six commercial companies, as well as stocks of the Khabarovsk Meat Processing company.

2. Glebova, Lubov Nikitichna - Director of the secretariat of the Russian national movement "Novaya Sila" ("New Force").

Born on May 17, 1960. Worked at the Nizhny Novgorod Oblast Committee of the Young Communist League, and as director of lottery administration. Later became a staff member at Prime Minister S.Kirienko's administration.

3. Lekareva, Vera Alexandrovna - Promyishlenny electoral district #152.

Born on January 4, 1948. Director of the headquarters of athletic facilities of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Samara Oblast. Deputy chair of the Samara department of Russian Women's Union. Member of the "Orthodox Samara" organization. Graduated from University of Pedagogy. Worked as teacher, deputy school director, and director of a stadium. Since 1988, head of the Oblast Administration for athletic facilities. Honored specialist in physical culture and sports. Holds a Ph.D. in history.

4. Khakamada, Irina Mutsltovna - Vostochny electoral district #207. Chair of the Central Council of the All-Russia Organization "Common Cause".

Born on April 13, 1955. President of the University of the Development of Entrepreneurship. Deputy of the State Duma of the first convocation. Graduated from the department of economics of the University of People's Friendship named after P.Lumumba. Holds a master's degree in economics. Worked in the Scientific Research University of Automated Management Systems at the Gosplan of the Russian Federation) and at the department of political economy at the ZIL (Factory named after Likhachev). Since 1989, worked in the "System" Cooperative; one of the founders of Russian Commodity and Raw Materials Stock Exchange, Russian national Commercial Bank, and the Party for Economic Freedom.

Born on December 9, 1954. Deputy of the State Duma of the second convocation, deputy chair of the Committee on Legislation and Legal Reform. Member of the Committee for the Impeachment of the President of the Russian Federation. Deputy of the Council of the Federation of the first convocation. Graduated from the legal department of Yaroslavl State University. Holds a Ph.D. in law. Worked as a consultant of the Oblast court and the head of a department of Yaroslavl Pedagogical University.

2. Yarygina, Tatiana Vladimirovna - Member of the Bureau of the Central Council of the "Yabloko" ("Apple") fraction.

Born on March 2, 1953. Deputy of the State Duma of the first and the second convocations. Graduated from the economics department of Moscow State University. Holds a Master's Degree in economics. Worked as a reporter for the "Economics Newspaper" and the head of a department in the University of Labor. In 1990, member of the state committee for the economic reform of the Cabinet Council. In 1991 became one of the founders of the "Epicenter".

3. Smirnova, Svetlana Konstantinovna - Udmurtsky electoral district #29.

Born on December 4, 1962. Deputy Head of the State Council of the Republic of Udmurtia. In 1991 - 1994 worked as Deputy Head of the State Committee for the Policy on Youth Issues, then as the Chair of the Committee for Nationalities at the government of Udmurtia. Graduated from Izhevsky Agricultural University and worked there as the secretary of the Young Communist League Committee for six years.
