The union of the charitable organizations of Russia suggests to create the nongovernmental commission on attraction of off-budget means in social sphere

 This offer was sounded by the president of union Peter Ishchenko from a tribune of VI Assembly of the Russian business circles "Women are leaders of new Russia. The social responsibility of business". In his opinion, absence of tax privileges for commercial structures which carry out charitable donations, brakes development of the social responsibility of business.
