Target of the competition - support of social initiatives aimed at assistance complex long-term rehabilitation of population suffered from war conflicts, involving of this part of the population into the policy of peace-making and creation, stimulation of rational choice by non-commercial organizations of the long-term strategy of adaptation in the post-conflict situations. more on Russian: http://www.owl.ru/content/grants/p50958.shtml
Aim of the Competition: assistance to spreading out achievements of the Russian culture and introducing of cultural values to different sections of the population, support of traditions of the multinational culture of Russia as well as activities aimed at overcoming of disconnection and improving of tolerance in the Russian society.
