  Municipal women social movement Womens Advocacy was established in October 1995 in Voronezh on the initiative of women in order to assist to women and children in difficult personal situations, to contribute to changing of stereotypes of the social consciousness about the problem of violence against women and children, to assist to forming of non-violence relations in the society.
