The United States and struggle against trade in people

   According to Department of justice, every year about 20000 person are sold to the United States. The overwhelming majority of them force to work in the sex - industry or prostitutes. Many of them bring from Russia and other countries of former Soviet Union. The United States too have late recognized existence of this problem and only in 2000 have passed the law directed on struggle against trade to people - the Act about protection of victims of trade by people.
