On the data of Ministry of education of Russia, the number of children and teenagers using drug already reach 4 mln.

Commission on Human Rights under President of Russian Federation was initiator of realization of this forum. Such kind of forum will be as annual meetings of the experts for rating of the status of the relations between civil society with authority and business.

There are more than 3 thousand participants took part in Russian NGO forum. Among them there are representatives more than 100 NGOs, representatives of bodies of authority and business, participants of IV Fair of the social and cultural projects.

The text of the application was sounded during last day of Russian forum (October 25 in Nizhni Novgorod) during unscheduled press conference in connection with arresting of M. Khodorkovski in Novosibirsk. As L. Alekseeva (the head of Moscow Helsinki group) sad, this document is not the consolidated decision of forum's participants.

The meeting was devoted to law-enforcement activity of Ministry of Internal Affairs and usage of tortures in action of law enforcement bodies. Besides it the problems of racial discrimination and violence against women were discussed (on statistics in Russian Federation each 3rd woman is exposed to violence).
