The center of assistance to reform of criminal justice became the winner of competition of the Commission of Human Rights at the prime minister of France. The project providing rendering of the legal, psychological and social support to women-prisoners of Shahovskaya colony (Orlov area) has been nominated on competition by Catholic charitable organization "Karitas".

After end of the campaign "16 days against violence over women" Karelian regional public organization "Maya" has collected friends on the meeting concerning 4-th anniversary of the beginning of realization of the program "Crisis center for women" in Petrozavodsk.

In settlement Sandovo under presidency of the first assistant to governor Olga Pishchulina has passed seminar of heads of regional and city branches of political movement "Women's assembly of the Tver area". Participants of the meeting discussed question: "Women's role in local self-management".

Participants of the round table "Responsible motherhood and paternity. Problems. Searches of the decision" have offered to form institute of paternity.

The action "16 days of activity against violence" which is carried out by public organization "women's chamber" and UNDP management centre for women in the Russian Federation, has come to the end in capital of Republic Komi. The action was carried out the third year. This year it has been directed to increase of knowledge of the population about a problem of collective violence.
